Dear Town,

I would like to thank my neighbor on Miller Hill Road for his barking dog. I also want to thank him for waking me up mornings and ruining my afternoons and evenings. Now one of my neighbors goes out and yells "shut up!" at the dog but that just makes it worse. We've talked about it but no one wants to call the police. I've read that the dog officer doesn't do her job. What can I do?
